Allows employees to clock on and off through a web browser using the Accentis AWF (Accentis Web Framework). Used for distributed workforces, remote staff, or organisations seeking greater flexibility. No dedicated kiosk hardware is required beyond internet-connected devices.
This is ideal for organisations that don't require biometric detection, and supports clock on and off, including clocking on and off to jobs and work orders.
Integration to Third-Party Time and Attendance Systems
Accentis Enterprise can integrate with specialist workforce management and time capture solutions. This allows organisations to continue using existing attendance technology while transferring approved hours into payroll.
Third-party systems such as Aussie Time Sheets can provide advanced rostering and attendance functionality including transferring timesheet data into Accentis Enterprise directly from physical Bundy clocks and biometric scanners.
Manual Import of Timesheets
A simple and flexible option where timesheet information is collected by another process and imported into Accentis Enterprise manually via a spreadsheet or CSV file. This option works well when an organisation already has an established method for capturing hours and only requires payroll processing within Accentis.
